Is there a minimum order value?
Customers must spend a minimum of £30
Is delivery free?
Our free local delivery service is within the Hampshire area only. Deliveries made within 3 working days. Deliveries requested beyond the geographical scope of delivery will be refunded.
How do I know you have received my order?
You should receive a confirmation email order after placing your order. If it has not arrived, please check your spam/junk folder. If there is nothing there, please email [email protected].
When will my delivery arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days. For example: If you order before 4pm on the Monday you will receive your order on the Wednesday. Please see our delivery information table below. T&Cs apply. If for some reason you have not received your order please email [email protected].
What happens if I am not home when you deliver?
If you know you won’t be in on your chosen delivery day, please leave instructions in the ‘Order notes’ section on the checkout page to let us know where to leave your goods. Somewhere cool and safe would be ideal.
What are we doing to stay Covid-19 free?
Our employees’ wellbeing is our number one priority. We’re continuously monitoring the public health situation and, as it evolves, we are adapting the measures we take while working in close cooperation with the authorities. This includes health assessments at the beginning of every shift to ensure anyone at risk does not attend work and can focus on recovery while receiving full pay; the wearing of protective gear while working; and social distancing measures in the workplace in the vast majority of situations. We’ve also significantly enhanced our already very strict safety and hygiene measures which include very frequent washing and sanitizing of the hands. When delivering goods to your door, the driver will place the goods on your doorstep, knock the door and then stand well back.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes, just enter the details in the ‘Deliver to a different address’ option on the checkout page.
Can I change any items in the set boxes?
We can’t make any promises but if you add a note in the ‘Order notes’ section on the checkout page, we will do our best.
What happens if a product I have ordered is out of stock?
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, your order will be delivered on the requested day, with the missing item following as soon as we have it – usually the following day.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
We don’t always get things right so if we do make a mistake or the produce does not live up to expectations, we are very keen to put things right as soon as possible, please email [email protected].
